ADVISE: We support our customers in the transformation of their HR function, through a redefinition of their HR organization and their HRIS digitalization

IMPLEMENT: As a partner of the main editors of the market, we carry out technical and functional implementation projects of all HRIS solutions (SaaS or On-Premise)

RUN: With our global payroll expertise, we offer our clients several levels of payroll outsourcing

Senior Workday Consultant�Consultant�Roles & Responsibilities�

Participate in the translation of the customer's needs into deliverables, the preparation of documentation and presentations

Parameterize the modules for the implementation of a functional solution adapted to the customer's needs

Accompany the project team in the deployment or evolution of the solution

Prepare and lead design workshops on the subjects mastered

Control the quality of the service provided to the client

Developments on the tool, tests and receipts

Ensure technical maintenance

Carry out technical monitoring, train users

Advise customers on solution evolutions and their implementation

Required Professional Expertise��

You have more than 5�years of experience in HRIS in a consulting firm or in a company and have knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors or Workday HCM software.

Your level of English and French� is fluent
